You can also see the percentage of problems your child is getting right. For example there is a place value game where you get to choose what range of numbers to quiz. The students are then giving numbers that they have to use a drop down bar to tell whether it is in the ones, tens, hundreds, etc…. Great Site!

• A great website to develop vocabulary. There are audio files that you listen to and worksheets that go with each audio file. So while students listen to the words being read orally, the student has the worksheet and must circle the picture that goes with the word. A great resource for building vocabulary especially for ESL learners.

• This is a fun website that has a huge selection of free printable flash cards. A great way to develop vocabulary. For example one choice for flash cards is school subjects. If you click on “school subjects” you will have a choice for large, medium, or small flashcards. However, my personal favorite is that for many of the categories have free printable bingo cards. The creators of this site also provide many ideas creating variety with game bingo. Example, Ognib—which is bingo in reverse. Everyone starts with a card covered with markers and as a word on the card is called, the marker is removed. You must yell Ognib to win!!! How fun!!!!
